For players in school year 11.
- Training on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings at Abbeydale Sports Club 6:30pm to 8.00pm
- Matches played on Sunday mornings 11.00am to 12:30pm, Home and Away across the region, followed by match food in the clubhouse
- Player enjoyment and safety a priority, inexperienced players introduced gradually to avoid unnecessary risk
- Full training and coaching provided
